Mission
A trusted place to turn when the weight gets heavy.
Steel Harbor exists to support blue-collar workers, tradesmen, construction workers, industrial workers, and trade families carrying pressure, grief, addiction, isolation, injuries, layoffs, silence, and loss.
Why we exist
We are not outsiders studying blue-collar workers.
We are blue-collar workers, trade families, and working people standing with our own.
Steel Harbor is rooted in a third-generation elevator background and more than 100 years of combined family trade experience. The goal is not to turn the trades into a corporate wellness campaign. The goal is to build practical, private, trustworthy support around the people who carry the weight and keep showing up.
What we are not
- Not a therapy provider.
- Not a medical practice.
- Not a treatment center.
- Not a crisis hotline or emergency service.
