Steel Harbor mark

Steel Harbor

About

Raised in the trades. Built for the trades.

Steel Harbor is the public-facing brand of Blue Collar Mind Foundation Inc. It was built to feel like a real institution for blue-collar workers and families, not a trend or a campaign.

Founder roots

Third-generation elevator. More than 100 years of family trade experience.

This is not theory to us. This is our life.

Elevators. HVAC. Telecommunications. Railroads. Industrial labor. Construction. Field service. The work is personal because the work is family.

Steel Harbor was founded by Daniel Raymond Berriel IV, a third-generation elevator guy from a family with more than 100 years of combined blue-collar, elevator, trade, and industrial experience. That background is part of the trust: this work is not being studied from the outside. It is being carried from the inside.

We understand because we lived it.
